Today, on Tuesday, January 19 2021, the President of the Serb National Council, Milorad Pupovac, meet with the mayor of Sisak, Kristina Ikić Baniček, and visited the parson of the  Serbian orthodox church in Sisak, Veselin Ristić. As a part of its drive “Banija is our house”, the Serb National Council plans to visit all the municipalities and cities in the Sisak and Moslavina County and all the surrounding counties affected by the earthquake. During the day the SNC delegation visited the Roma settling Capraske polajne, accompanied by the mayor Kristina Ikić Banićek, the president of the Council of the Roma National Minority in  the City of Sisak, Ranko Nikolić, as well as representatives of the Serbian minority in the municipalities of Sunj and Hrvatska Dubica.

At the press conference held in front of the headquarters of the Serb National Minority Council in Sisak and Moslavina County, Milorad Pupovac pointed out that it was our task to achieve the highest possible level of solidarity and accord about what constitutes our joint task when it comes to repairing the damage and fostering development in the area.
