The fifth bulletin provides a clear and concise warning about the issues faced by the Serbian community in Croatia, which were not dealt with during Croatia’s accession to the European Union nor later. Furthermore, it seems that the position of the Serb national minority in Croatia has additionally deteriorated since 2013, partly because of the absence of international pressure which fostered positive changes to some extent.
