Alternative report on the implementation of the Framework Convention for the Protection of Ethnic Minorities from 2015 to 2019

The report comprises the period from 2015 to 2019 and aims to contribute to the implementation of the Framework Convention for the Protection of Ethnic Minorities in the Republic of Croatia as a part of the 5^th monitoring round. Just like the report from the previous monitoring round, this one also focuses on examining the position of Serbs in Croatian society, namely the issue of implementing provisions  and decrees of the Framework Convention and relevant national regulation referring to representatives of the Serbian national minority in Republic of Croatia. Nevertheless the report also examines some general issues of interest for other minority groups.
