Historical revisionism, hate speech and violence against Serbs in 2017
The fourteenth bulletin provides an overview of ethnic violence, historical revisionism and negationism, and an account of incidents of threats and hate speech directed against Serbs in Croatia in the previous year. The data was collected by the Serb National Council from individual reports and media coverage.
Due to objective reasons this Bulletin does not include and analyze each of the 393 cases, only the most striking ones. The overview is divided into five thematic sections:
1. elements of historic revisionism, hate speech, and enticing ethnic hostility in the public domain
2. elements of historical revisionism, hate speech, and enticing ethnic hostility in statements and actions of public figures
3. verbal threats and insults
4. physical assaults
5. damage, destruction, and property theft
