Alternative report on the implementation of the Framework Convention for the Protection of Ethnic Minorities

This alternative report was drafted by the Serb National Council as a part of the 4. round of monitoring the implementation of the Framework Convention for the Protection of Ethnic Minorities in the Republic of Croatia and refers to the period from 2009 to 2014. The report focuses on the implementation of the provisions of the Framework Convention in relation to the Serb national minority, although it also reviews certain matters of interest for representatives of other minority groups. The report aims to highlight issues and areas where minority rights demand additional effort and concrete action from state institutions.
