The document was prepared based on the data from relevant state bodies which were collected and analyzed by the Serb National Council and the Independent Democratic Serbian Party Club in the Croatian Parliament from mid 2008 to mid 2013. Portion of the data used and analyzed was taken from the annual report on the implementation of Constitutional Act on the Rights of National Minorities, drafted by the Croatian Government.
