The EU<\/strong> General Data Protection Regulation (hereafter: GDPR<\/strong> Regulation) took effect on May 25, 2018, as did the Implementation Act of the EU<\/strong> General Data Protection Regulation. The main purpose of GDPR<\/strong> Regulation is to ensure higher levels of individual control over the use of personal data. Our IT<\/strong> system has technical and organizational measures put in place to protect from unauthorized access, alteration and dissemination of your data, as well as from data loss and erasure.<\/p>\n

The Serb National Council (hereafter: SNV<\/strong>), as data controller, complies with all relevant legal regulation in its field and its sole intention, aim and purpose is to keep their users happy and use their personal data legally and purposefully.<\/p>\n

Purpose and legal grounds for data processing:<\/h3>\n

You personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
\n– processing purchase through our web shop
\n–\u00a0filing customer complaints and returning goods
\n– enabling different types of payment
\n– enabling delivery<\/p>\n

Depending on the purpose, the following data will be collected:
\n– name and surname
\n– address
\n– Personal Identification Number
\n– e-mail
\n– telephone number
\n– bank account information (account number, IBAN<\/strong>, bank name)<\/p>\n

Collected data will be accessible solely to the snv.hr web page administrators, except credit and debit card data (find more in \u201ctypes of payment<\/em>\u201d section).
\nData is processed with your consent. When making a purchase in the web shop, it is necessary to provide the personal data requested so SNV<\/strong> could deliver the ordered products. If you refuse to provide the necessary data, your request will not be processed.<\/p>\n

Types of payment in snv.hr web shop<\/h3>\n

Products available in our web shop can be purchased by credit cards or direct bank transfer. If you select card payment, your credit and debit card data entered when making the purchase are not processed on our servers. Our partners for online payment process the data in their system and assume technical and legal responsibility, we only receive information about the status of the transaction.\u00a0 If you select direct bank transfer, you will receive payment data via email and make the payment directly onto our account.<\/p>\n

Cookies and web analytics<\/h3>\n

Our web shop uses cookies to enable certain technical features and ensure a positive user experience. We also use cookies which enable web analytics, i.e. analyze the use of our web page with the aim of improving the quality and content of our services. We do not use cookies or any other technological tools to track your interests or to send promotional materials.<\/p>\n

Delivery<\/h3>\n

Once the payment is visible on our account, SNV<\/strong> sends the ordered product to your address via Croatian Post within three working days and notifies you about the dispatch.<\/p>\n

Complaints and returns<\/h3>\n

If you do not receive your order within 10 days from shipping or if the ordered product arrives damaged, please contact ured@snv.hr<\/strong><\/a>, and a new product will be sent within two working days.<\/p>\n

Data protection<\/h3>\n

We implement technical and organizational safety measures to protect your personal data from illegal and unauthorized access or use, as well as from accidental loss or partial data loss.
\nOur subcontractors for data processing can process your data only by upholding previously stated technical and organizational safety measures. Your personal data is protected from unauthorized or illegal processing, accidental data loss, destruction or alteration.
\nOur delivery service can access only the data necessary for delivering orders.<\/p>\n

User rights<\/h3>\n

When collecting and processing personal data, we ensure are users have the following rights:

\n– the right to erasure
\n– the right to rectification
\n– the right to file complaints
\n– the right to restrict processing
\n– the right to data portability
\n– the right to withdraw consent
\n– the right to file complaints with a supervisory body<\/p>\n

We also provide confirmation if your personal data is being processed, and if it is, we grant access to that personal data and the following information: processing purpose, category of personal data used, recipients of personal data (as well as all other information pursuant to applicable regulation). In case of data transfer and processing outside of the EU<\/strong>, you have the right request information about special protective measures. When possible, a copy of personal data processed can be obtained.<\/p>\n

You have the right to rectify, erase or restrict processing of any personal data referring to you without unnecessary delay. Taking into consideration the purposes of data processing, you have the right to complete any incomplete personal information by adding an additional statement, among other things. Furthermore, you have the right to transfer your personal data processed by SNV<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

If the need arises you have the right to complain about the processing of personal data referring to you. You can object to the use of your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing and automatic processing, including profile creation.<\/p>\n

Consent granted for personal data processing can be withdrawn at any moment, and it will not affect the legality of the processing which was based on your consent before it was withdrawn. If you wish to withdraw your consent, please contact our data protection officer: szop@snv.hr<\/a>.<\/p>\n

You also have to right to file a complaint with a supervisory body.<\/p>\n

Conclusion <\/strong><\/h3>\n

Your data is used solely for issuing invoices for your purchase, contacting you if the need arises, and for delivering products to the desired address. The data is used solely for the aforementioned purposes and is not further processed, sold or transferred to third parties not mentioned in this statement. SNV<\/strong> operates in compliance with all positive legal regulations of Republic of Croatia.<\/p>\n
